NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2024 – Know How to Fill and Edit Applications

NCHMCT JEE Registration 2024 – NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form will be released in the first week of February 2024. The online registrations for NCHMCT JEE 2024 will be conducted for about two months. All the eligible applicants can fill the online application forms at the official website – nchmjee.nta.nic.in 

Candidates need to Register first, which will generate Application Number. This Application Number can be used to log in and fill up the NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2024. The Application Process is deemed complete only after the successful payment of Application Fee

One must ensure that he/she complies with the eligiblity rules for the NCHMCT JEE before applying.

How to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form?

NCHM JEE 2024 application form is available only in online mode. The steps that are listed below need to be followed while filling the application form of NCHMCT JEE 2024.

Step-1: Online Registration

Candidates can register online for the hospitality entrance exam as under:

• Candidate’s Name/ Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name: Provide Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name as given in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate in capital letters. No prefix in the name of the candidate is allowed.
• Date of Birth: dd/mm/yyyy Provide Candidate’s date of birth as recorded in Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate.
• Mobile Number and e-mail Address: Candidates must provide their own Mobile Number and E-mail address.
• After registering note the application number that is system generated.

Step-2: Complete the Online Application Form

• Fill category details
• Fill address with PIN Code (Correspondence Address as well as Permanent Address)
• Provide the choice of Cities for Examination Centres.

Step-3: Upload legible scanned images

• Candidates have to upload the following scanned images. Read the specifications and scan the images as mentioned to upload them.
• A recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb – 200Kb) either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background
• Candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb)
• PwD Certificate, if applicable (file size 50 kb-300 kb

Step-4: Pay the fee using the Payment Gateway

• The payment gateway is integrated into the Online Application through Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card / UPI / Wallet/ Paytm.
• Select anyone mode and pay the fee.
• Keep proof of the fee paid safe with you.

Step-5: Print the acknowledgement form

• After successful completion of Step-4, the Confirmation Page of the Application Form should be downloaded.
• Take the printout of the same for future reference.
• The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form could be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.

Checklist for Online NCHM JEE Application Form 2024

Candidates should keep the following list of documents and information ready before they start filling the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form

• Scanned image of the passport-size photograph
• Candidate’s scanned image of the signature
• Debit card details

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Fee

Candidates need to pay the Application Fee. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the Application Form.  

Prescribed Examination Fee can be paid through any Bank/Payment Gateway in any Payment Mode mentioned below.

Documents Needed for NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form

The following documents are required for filling up the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Form-

• Scanned passport photograph
• Scanned signature
• ID Proof -The name on the photo identification must match with the name as shown on the Admit Card. If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, the candidate must show the relevant document at the time of exam. Marriage Certificate / Divorce / Decree / Legal Name Change Document.
• Domicile Certificate – Kashmiri Pandits /Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) residing in Kashmiri Valley are required to upload their domicile certificate, online, while applying. 
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate (if applicable)

After Submitting the NCHM JEE Application Form 2024

Once the application form is submitted, make sure to do the following-

• Take printout of the Confirmation Page of the Online Application Form for future reference.
• Take the print of Proof of fee paid.
• Keep photographs (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) with you.

NCHM JEE Application Correction 2024

NTA will enable the application correction facility for NCHMCT JEE before issuing admit cards to candidates. The facility will be available for a short period of time.The details that can be corrected through the correction window are: 

• Name
• Contact details or address
• Category or PwD status
• Educational qualification details
• Date of birth
• Preferred test centre locations

Note- . Any request for change in information will not be entertained after the correction window is closed. Therefore, candidates are advised to exercise utmost caution for filling up correct details in the Application Form timely.

In order to appear in NCHM JEE 2024, the candidates are required to apply ‘online’.  A candidate is allowed to submit only one Application Form. If a candidate submits more than one Application Form, the candidature is likely to be cancelled.
