Eligibility Criteria

UG/PG

• All UG : A pass in 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary) any group with a minimum aggregate of 50%
• All PG : Graduation in concerned disciplines or equivalent

Law

•  UG Law : 10, + 2 pass in regular/normal mode. Minimum 60% aggregate in +2 board examination.
• Candidates with a break of two or more years from passing off the qualifying examination will not be considered.
• LLM : UG Law Degree with 60% aggregate.

Hotel & Catering Management

• B Sc (Hotel and Catering Management) : A pass in 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary) Any Group.
• Diploma (Hotel Management and Catering Science) : A Pass in SSLC
• PG Diploma : Passed Graduation from a recognized board in any stream, with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate

Management

• BBA : A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination with Minimum eligibility of aggregate of 50% in +2 (Preference will be given to students without any break in study)

• MBA : A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in Class X, XII, and UG Degree
• Admission will be done through SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Management (SRMJEEM) followed by a Personal Interview. Students with eligible entrance scores in CAT/SAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT/CMAT/TANCET may also apply.

Health Science – UG

• Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology Candidates who studied abroad should possess equivalent qualification as determined by Association of Indian Universities
• Minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Botany & Zoology
• Age: Completion of 17 years on or before 31st December of year of Admission
• A candidate shall, at the time of admission, submit to the Head of the Institution, a Certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorized Medical Officer certifying that the candidate is fit to undergo the academic program.

Health Science – PG : 

• Age : Minimum age limit is 21 years on or before 31th December of the year of admission to the course.
• Qualification : Bachelor of Optometry or equivalent (3 years + 1 year of internship) from a UGC recognized University
• Percentage of Marks :Minimum 60% aggregate of marks or CGPA of 6.0 in qualifying examination. Candidate must possess both Physical and Mental fitness to undergo the academic course and does not suffer from any intellectual disability or contagious disease.

Health Science – Post PG

PGDCE : 

• Age : Minimum age 25 years
• Qualification: Candidate who have passed MBBS degree recognized by the NMC or life sciences Post Graduations (M.Sc) Candidates.
• Candidates who have studied in foreign countries (outside India) and passed Clinical Courses, the equivalent certificate issued by the NMC.
• Percentage of Marks: Minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying Examination from a recognized University in India.

CPCRM

• Age: Minimum age 23 years
• Qualification: Full term Masters Degree in Applied Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology. Percentage of Marks: Candidates should have passed the Examination from a University recognized by UGC with Minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying Examination from a recognized University in India.
• Candidates waiting for result may also apply. However, such candidates will get admission only after producing the proof of having passed the examination.

Fellowship (Reproductive Medicine)

• Age : Minimum age limit is 25 years
• Qualification: Medical Post Graduate Clinical courses and Super Specialty degree courses recognized by NMC: DGO, MD (OG), MS (OG) and MCH (urology) & DNB, OBGY, FRCS,MRCP, MRCS, FRACS & AB of OG.
• Candidates who have studied in foreign countries (outside India) and passed in clinical courses in OG, the equivalent certificate issued by the NMC to be produced.
• Percentage of Marks : Minimum 50 % aggregate of marks in qualifying examination

Fellowship (Infectious Molecular Diagnostics)

• Three years of Maser’s degree at M.D. or D.N.D. in Microbiology of PhD in Medical Microbiology awarded under Faculty of Medicine and Health Science with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 10-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) who has pursued in India

M.Phil. (Clinical Psychology)

• Qualification : MA / M.Sc Degree in Psychology from a recognized university
• Percentage of Marks : Minimum 55 % of Marks in qualifying examination, For SC / ST category, Minimum 50 % of marks in qualifying examination as per GOI. The selection is based on entrance examination consisting of a written examination and a personal interview

M.Phil. (Psychiatric Social Work)

• 2 years full time MA/MSW in Social Work with Medical and Psychiatry Social Work specialization from a recognized University securing not less than 55% Marks in aggregate of the master’s degree as a whole.
• For SC/ST/OBC category, Minimum of 50% Marks in aggregate is essential, as per the rules of GOI.

Selection Process

• UG : The admission is purely on a merit basis, considering the marks obtained by students in their 10+2 examination.
• Agricultural Sciences : There is no Entrance Examination and the admission is purely based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• B.Arch/B.Des :  NATA is mandatory for B.Arch. No Entrance Examination for B.Des.
• MBA : Admission will be done through SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Management (SRMJEEM) followed by a Personal Interview. Students with eligible entrance scores in CAT/SAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT/CMAT/TANCET may also apply.
• Law : Admission will be done through Entrance Examination and Personal Interview.
