About Department of Management Studies
- The Department of Management Studies, IIIT Allahabad came into existence in 2004 and was constituted with the philosophy of running and managing the programs with a focus on management & technology. Propelling academic excellence through innovative pedagogy of blended learning inculcating all round self-development by creativity, knowledge exchange, empowerment and enrichment of students and faculty members. The department offers two programs 2 Years Full Time MBA & Full Time Dual Degree MBA – PhD which are the backbone to cater to the objective of the department for attaining academic excellence by horizontal & vertical growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration with minimum 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC/ST Candidates
- Valid CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT score.

- The candidate needs to get registered first to fill the online application form.
- Candidates are advised to read the Information Brochure available on the official website carefully before filling the application form.
Applications Fee
- For General and OBC candidates : Rs. 1200/-
- For SC/ST/PH candidates : Rs.600/-
- Mode of Payment : Through online mode
Selection Procedure
- Admission shall be made strictly on the basis of Merit only, as per the following weightage:
- CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT score – 60%
- Personal Interview – 40%
- Institute uses CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT score for shortlisting/selecting the candidates for the Post-graduate program in Management. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.
- Personal Interview will be held for screened candidates only on the basis of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT Percentile score.
- Examination centre for Written Test & Personal Interview will be IIIT Allahabad
