CSL Project Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates interested in applying for the Project Assistant post can check the eligibility to apply from the eligibility criteria:
Age Limit:
- Applicant’s upper age should not exceed 30 years on the determining date 21 September 2024, that is applicants should be born on or after 22 September 1994.
- The upper age is relaxed by 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The age relaxation for the Ex-servicemen and PwBD will be as per the government of India guidelines, however, in no case the upper age limit should go beyond 45 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should have a three-year Diploma/ Degree in the concerned discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized University. The candidate should check out the full notification to learn about the education & desirable qualifications for each post.
- Applicants should have a minimum experience of two years in a Shipyard or government company/ Engineering company/semi-government company/ and others as per the post requirement.

CSL Project Assistant Selection Process 2024
The candidates who are applying for the CSL Project Assistant posts should understand the following selection process of the CSL:
- Objective Online Test: The CSL will organize the Objective Type online test to assess the candidates’ discipline-related knowledge and general knowledge.
- Descriptive Online Test: The descriptive test includes writing skills (English language), and the answer sheet of the descriptive test will only be evaluated when the candidate secures minimum passing marks in the objective-type test.
- Document Verification: Candidates who secured the minimum marks in the selection exam will be shortlisted for the Certificate verifications. The candidates need to present the original certificates and self-attested copies of the certificates during the document verification.
The candidates must remember that successful candidates who complete the document verification will be selected for the post based on their selection test merit and medical fitness.

- The candidates will get one mark for each correct answer and there shall be no negative marking.

CSL Project Assistant Exam Date 2024
The CSL has not revealed the selection test exam date yet. The CSL will update the exam date on the official communication channels or website at the appropriate time. However, the candidates can expect the exam date in October/ November 2024.
The candidates should prepare for the online test based on the syllabus given in the CSL Project Assistant notification.
CSL Project Assistant Admit Card & Result 2024
The candidates will be able to download the CSL Project Assistant admit card/hall ticket for the selection test at least a week before the examination from the official website. The result of the CSL selection test for the Project Assistant post will be declared within a month of the exam,
