- Perform e-KYC to automatically fetch your name, date of birth/age, gender, and address with pin code.

BSKY NABIN Card Online Application Eligibility
To receive a BSKY NABIN Card, your family must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Rural Residence: All family members must reside in a rural area of Odisha.
- No Income Tax Payers: No member of the family should have filed income tax for the financial year 2022-23.
- No Government Employees: No family member should be a regular government employee or receive a government pension.
- Aadhaar and e-KYC: Each family member needs a valid Aadhaar card and must be willing to go through e-KYC verification.
- Voter ID: All family members above 18 years old should have a valid Voter ID card.
- Non-BSKY beneficiaries: The family should not already be registered as a beneficiary under the existing Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) scheme.
- Non-ration card holders: Family members should not be enrolled in the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or State Food Security Scheme (SFSS) ration card programs.
- Applicant and Head of Family: An adult family member can apply on behalf of the family, but the Head of the Family’s details are required.
